Phase Zero provides ongoing international safety support for Lucy Barnard of Tangles + Tail. Lucy is aiming to be the first woman to walk the length of the world, from Ushuaia in Argentina to Utqiagvik in Alaska. This journey will take Lucy nearly 30,000km across two continents and 13 countries.
Lucy's journey will include high-risk scenarios and environments, as well as personal risks as a woman travelling alone. In 2017, we established a safety and training plan to get Lucy task-ready, focusing on safety requirements, security advice and scenario training. It’s a privilege and an honour to support Lucy.
